Supply Network Operations/Logistics

Our Supply Network Operations/Logistics Coordinators are an important part of the logistics chain. As a logistics coordinator you will support external trade customers as well as internal sales personnel by order processing, shipping, invoicing, financial reconciliation and data analysis. Provide excellent customer service as you correspond with customers and manage replenishment to support target customer inventory/in-stock service levels. As a logistics coordinator you will impact the business from start to finish.

Marketing Specialist

Our Marketing Specialists play a vital role in keeping the business growing and moving forward. As a specialist you will manage internal websites, coordinate workshops, panels and events, work with external agencies to propose budgets and negotiate with vendors. You will also own non-initiative projects, while managing promotion execution and coupon process development. As a Marketing Specialist you could take part in building and sustaining the next billion-dollar brand.

CBD/Sales Business Unit Specialist

The Business Unit Specialists are responsible for supporting and enabling the organization to deliver the sales fundamentals for our customers. These roles serve as primary points of contact internally and externally regarding merchandising, pricing and new items. Specific work includes regular customer contact to complete necessary analysis and paperwork for all merchandising, pricing and new-item distribution. Other specific duties include coordinating weekly meetings, writing SSO's and SKU fund rate management.

Legal and Intellectual Property Administrator/Secretary

You will interact with large/diverse client groups, general counsel, and upper management. You'll handle confidential information daily, while you help coordinate litigation and responses to foreign patent prosecution. Integral to the process The wheels of the legal system won't be able to move without you! You'll type legal opinions and memoranda from transcription, type and assemble patent applications, and prepare the "next papers" for attorneys' signatures. As a notary public, you'll put your seal on many important documents. For all these crucial tasks, you'll need strong office management and administrative support skills.

Purchasing Associate

If you love finding a bargain, you're perfect for this job. A P&G Purchasing Associate focuses on optimizing value through cost reductions; you'll also work closely with P&G's Package and Product Development, Contract Manufacturing, plants, and suppliers to ensure our supply system is reliable, dependable, and cost-effective. It's all in the details.

You'll maintain/improve SAP database for New Business Development Projects; you'll also create supplier tables and specification tables, and initiate purchase orders. If there's ever an invoice discrepancy, you'll be the one to solve it! Purchasing Associates develop sourcing strategies, award business, and manage cross-functional alignment, while keeping an eye to quality improvements and supply assurance. You'll also be responsible for appropriate records, files, and correspondence that document supplier pricing. When needed, you'll work with customs to ensure imported materials are correct.

Finance and Accounting Associates

Finance opportunities exist throughout P&G, although most are in Payroll, Treasury, Stockholder Services, Sales Accounting, Accounts Payable and other financial areas. Stick with one area, or experience many divisions as you provide financial support to internal organizations as well as outside customers. Your job includes performing basic transactional accounting work in existing accounting systems, but, with budget/expense forecasting, you'll also get to see the financial future. You'll identify cost risks and opportunities by reconciling and analyzing actuals versus forecast...while also ledgering important business transitions and work processes.

General Administrative Roles

As an Administrative Professional you'll have a demanding workload, balancing self-managed tasks and projects that enable your team. You'll work on your own, and with teams, to generate new ideas and implement changes. You’ll be accountable and own your results. You will need strong word processing and organizational skills, oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and leadership and innovation.

Academic Background

Our Administrative Professionals come from a variety of backgrounds, bringing an assortment of knowledge and skills to every area of our business. If you are a results-driven individual with very strong communication and technical skills and a minimum high school diploma/GED, an administrative career at P&G could be the right choice for you!

Experience Level

Our non-management/administrative roles are very unique, and require unique skill sets to accommodate. So while the experience levels differ from position to position, typically, we require 1 to 2 years of previous administrative experience.

Specific Requirements

  • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent education.
  • The individual must possess an exceptional set of skills that includes problem solving, proactive thinking, priority setting, collaborating and attention to detail. The person should be open to learning new skills, accepting new job responsibilities and adapting to change to ensure the company's success. This team player can work independently and manage a high-volume work load while taking frequent interruptions in stride.
  • The individual must also be proficient in standard computer software (i.e., Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with effective verbal and written communication skills.
